Making Client Facilities Safer

Industrial Ally has successfully completed an Arc Flash mitigation program encompassing nine cement terminals in the continental US. Utilizing existing one-lines and field data, we modeled the existing plant distribution systems in SKM.  Selective coordination was reviewed and, where applicable, changes were recommended to correct coordination issues and/or reduce arc flash levels.  We also examined device duties and made recommendations to correct over-dutied equipment.  Upon completion of the arc flash analysis for each plant, Industrial Ally generated arc flash labels for each piece of equipment and coordinated arc flash training for plant maintenance personnel.
