Deteriorating Plant Water System

Industrial Ally has recently completed detailed design efforts associated with the replacement of a deteriorating plant water system.  The design included the replacement and improvement of over 300 feet of underground pipe and over 1,100 feet of above ground pipe (up to 10 inch diameter).  The piping was heat traced and insulated to ensure freeze protection during rugged winter months.  Our design allowed for installation of a significant amount of the new piping while the existing system remained in operation.  Clear identification of piping tie-points on Flow Sheets and Plan views served to facilitate efficient installation of the remaining piping during a scheduled plant shut down.
